For each of 3,232 U.S. counties, we place its FEMA-modeled hazard exposure on the national curve — risk index, expected annual loss, social vulnerability, and community resilience, each ranked against every other county.
These are FEMA/CDC models of exposure — not records of disasters, and not a verdict on whether a county is a good place to live.
